Student Council Meeting

If you would like to learn how you can be a part of the Diamond Fork Student Council for the 2019-20 school year PLEASE plan on attending the meeting tomorrow morning, Thursday May 2nd at 7:40am in Mrs. Anderson's Room (#16).  This meeting is mandatory if you are planning on running for a spot!

7th Grade Poetry Slam

Last week our 7th graders participated in a Poetry Slam. It was awesome to see the hard work that those who got up on stage put in because they all did a fantastic job. Jr. High Art Show

Last night was the opening reception for the Nebo School District Junior High Art Show where 16 of Diamond Fork students' artwork was featured. Seventh grader Katie McComb received a Honorable Mention award for her artwork.  The students that have art on display are Nicolas Patchett, Kesley Johnson, Melissa Resendiz, Anju Barney, Rayna Burr, Alexis Gladding, Emolyn Cauble, Samantha Post, Rigby Garner, Kaitlyn Stubbs, Kenadi Squires, Karen Mathis, Katie McComb, Camryn Mitchell, Starla Dayton and Kaitlyn York.

Girls Golf Wins District!

This is the first year that Nebo School District has had Jr High Girls Golf. We were thrilled to find out that our girls golf team won the District Tournament! Congrats to the following team members:

Schedule for Assessments May 7-10

Continuing May 7 through Friday May 10th students in all grades will be participating in the State end of year assessments. For those two weeks (Monday’s are run on a regular bell schedule) we will run a “Block” schedule to accommodate for the longer time needed to administer those assessments. April 2019 Students of the Month

Congratulations to our April 2019 Students of the Month. Our monthly breakfast of muffins, juice, and chocolate milk was enjoyed while we celebrated our Students of the Month. Thanks to our students for being great, their parents for supporting them, and our CTE and FACS teachers for nominating!

Utah Shakespeare in the Nebo Schools

The Utah Shakespeare Festival is once again hitting the road with its Shakespeare-in-the-Schools touring production – this year performing one of the world’s first psychological thrillers, William Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

An evening performance for everyone is this Tuesday, April 16, at 7:30 at Springville High School, 1205 E. 900 S., Springville, UT. And, admission is free.
