LIA Delivers DF Donation to the Make-A-Wish Wishing Place of Utah

Submitted by brenda.burr on

Students were able to tour the Wishing Place which is the home to Make-A-Wish Utah. The building is unique to Utah. Designed by and for children, the Wishing Place includes a castle where children with life-threateing illness can go with their families to insert the magic key, watch the waterfall and beautiful colors appear, and place their wish in the special wish holder. The ceiling is covered with stars representing the wishes granted in Utah and the wall covered with pictures and stories of the children who have been blessed by the power of a wish!

PTA March Madness Fundraiser

  • It is time for the annual PTA March Madness Fundraiser. We are asking each parent to donate $10.00 per student or any amount you are willing. This is our only fundraiser and we have chosen this way to eliminate time consuming, door-to-door sales. We hope you see the benefit in this simplified version of a fundraiser. This year we have added a little basketball fun into the week by having some basketball challenges for the students to try their hand at.
