Diamond Fork Middle hosted our 1st Odyysey of the Mind Showcase! Odyssey of the Mind brings the classroom to life as students apply what they learn and combine it with their interests and passions to solve our unique open-ended problems. OM also emphasizes teamwork, budgeting, time management, public speaking, and so much more.
Our Curiosity Class has some of our brightest DFMS students exploring and experimenting! Shout out to Ms. Scott and the amazing things she is lining up for them to do.
DFMS finance secretary, Mrs. Harrison, will be retiring after more than 30 years at Diamond Fork. She has been here since the doors opened in 1996! If you want to know anything about Diamond Fork history, she is the one to ask! We are so grateful for her years of service to faculty, staff, students, and parents.
This week DFMS art students were playing with mud and creating pottery!
Congratulations to our amazing directors: Ms. Trejo, Ms. Andrews, Ms. Gibbons, and Ms. Gardiner! Annie Jr. was an astounding success! We are so grateful for your hard work and all of the time you put into this production
Marie Woolston and Beck Erickson were honored today at an awards luncheon as Utah State Finalists in the National Do the Write Thing essay contest. They each received a certificate from Governor Cox and $300 in scholarship money! So proud of Diamond Fork with TWO finalists from 7th and 8th graders across the state!
