MMHS 3rd Annual “Fix It Saturday” on May 2, 2015: In an effort to help one of our sister high schools, we are announcing a great opportunity for all of our stakeholders! Maple Mountain High School SkillsUSA Club needs your help to send its Welding Fabrication Team and it's CPR/first aid contestant back to Louisville, KY for the National Competition. On March 27th, we took first place at the state level and were invited back to compete among the top competitors in the country.  Our students need help with the cost of attending this competition.

We would like to invite you to sign up and bring in anything you need to have repaired or re-welded.  If you provide the material to fix your project, we will weld it back together for you. In return, we ask that you please donate money when your project is completed to help these boys make it back to Louisville.  The 3rd annual MMHS Welding Fix It Saturday will be held May 2nd from 8am to 4pm. We ask that you please be generous in your donations, but the amount donated will be up to you. Please spread the word to friends and family,

To set up a time or discuss your project needs, please contact MMHS welding instructor, Jared Massic ahead of time at:   Jared.Massic [at] nebo.edu or call him at 801 794 6740 ext. 1530.

Substitute Teachers Needed: Kelly Services is seeking those interested in substitute teaching for Nebo School District. If you are interested, please go to dfjhs.nebo.edu and look for the Kelly Educational Staffing link on the left side of our home page, or follow their link at http://www.kesutah.appone.com. This will take you to the Kelly webpage where you can apply for employment. This is great for people with limited availability or those looking for extra hours.

4H: 4-H Afterschool is a program that offers youth a safe, healthy, caring, and enriching environment, engages youth in long-term, structured learning in partnership with adults, and addresses the interests of youth and their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs.

We have just a few weeks of our after school 4H program left, but we have some great classes! We are offering any and all students the opportunity to take advantage of the program for FREE! This would give students who have not tried 4H a taste of what we have to offer.

You can enroll your child by filling out an enrollment form. He or she can start attending the same day! Check out the current spring programs under the 4-H tab at http://dfjhs.nebo.edu
