All in takes is a couple of dirt mounds and our cycling class is in full mountain bike mode! Thank you to Mr. Bowden, who every day, twice a day, takes students out on the roads!
Our wonderful retired drama teacher, Kara Poulsen, finally got to receive her Utah Drama Teacher Award from the Beverly Taylor Sorenson Foundation. Due to Covid the awards ceremony had been postponed. But this year the 2021 and 2022 winners were honored. It was a fitting tribute to all of these teachers who bring the arts to schools with amazing dedication.
Mrs Andersen's Art Class has been learning lettering skills with Dual Brush Lettering Pens that they received through a grant from Donors Choose. The students learned how to first letter, next make fancy designs and borders, then take it all and use their skills to design an uplifting quote.
