We had a great Halloween here at Diamond Fork today. Our students had some amazing comstumes, and from the following pictures you can see our staff dressed up too! Check out our Facebook page, "Official Diamond Fork Junior High School" to see over 100 pictures of our students who dressed up. 

Our Fiiz Friday winner today was Naomi Good. Naomi has perfect attendance for the entire 1st term of school. That's 46 days being here at school ready to learn, nice job Naomi!

7th grade students in the Career and Technical Education classes enjoyed learning from guest speakers Sherwin Lott and Tim Glover Friday. Students learned about the heart, what happens in a Cath lab, and even spent time working on a pig heart! It was a great expereince!

In full Halloween costume, our Diamond Fork orchestra performed last night at Spanish Fork high school. It was a fantastic concert and our students, led by Mrs. Searcy, did a tremendous job!

The Diamond Fork Jr High Halloween dance is happening Thursday night, October 26th from 6-8 PM. Students who come with thier student ID card pay only $3 at the door, students without ID will pay $5. It should be a good time, students are allowed to wear school apporpriate costumes, no masks please. 

Our DFJHS Orchestra students will be peforming tonight, Wednesday October 25th at 6 PM at Spanish Fork High school. 

Congrats to our Diamond Fork freshman girls who are a part of the Maple Mountain girls soccer 2017 State Championship team.

• Friday October 27th is the last day of Term 1. Please encourage your student(s) to take advantage of our extended times this week to turn in late work, do test corrections, and in general make sure they have everything done for this term. Parents can access student grades on our Diamond Fork Jr. web page, click on the “Aspire SIS” tab under Web Links on the left hand side of our main page.

Students attended a state wide multicultural event Monday. They were able to hear some inspiring messages and meet students from across the state. Thanks to our awesome counselors for taking them to this fantastic event. Our very own Ammon Gathercoal participated in and won the "dance off", nice job Ammon! Check out our Facebook for the video.
