Have you heard of "$5 On Fridays?" Each student at Diamond Fork has a chance to earn five dollars every Friday for having perfect attendance each week! In order to have a chance to earn five dollars at the end of each week students must have no absences or tardies Monday-Friday. This great idea was started last year by our Vice Principal Mr. Lawrence. The goal is to encourage students to strive for great attendance.
Student's names are drawn every week to select a winner from each of the three grades. If the students drawn don't have good attendance, then the five dollars from that grade rolls over to the next week. This means that the next week's prize would be ten dollars instead of five. So Diamondbacks, make sure you are on time to all your classes and attend every class every day. The winners are announced during the last 5 minutes of seventh period on Friday.
