Diamond Fork Junior High is holding fitness day on May 22, 2013. Students, teachers and parents will be participating in a 5k run - which is over 3 miles! The race begins at 9:05 at the east side parking lot of the school. The course will lead past Larson Elementary and down Canyon Road where police will be blocking off the roads. Then they will run all the way past Park Elementary and back to Diamond Fork.
This activity is free of charge to all runners and observers. Runners who would like a Diamond Fork Fitness Day tee shirt will be charged five dollars. T-shirts may be purchased at the DFJHS front office.
Permission slips must be turned in to run the race. If you would like to participate in this event talk with your 2nd period teacher for your permission forms, or visit our web site www.nebo.edu/dfjhs and under "fitness day" you will have access to download permission slips.
