Do you know about the amazing intramural program we have here at Diamond Fork Junior High? The intramural program at Diamond Fork is the perfect time and place for students to have fun and be active with their friends. Throughout the school year students have the opportunity to participate in and play many different sports. Including soccer, flag football, basketball, volleyball and dodgeball.

Intramurals is fun and helps students learn to work together in teams. Every team is made up of 7-15 students. 7th graders play each other and 8th and 9th graders play on teams together. Games are played every week on Mondays and Fridays for 8th and 9th grade teams. 7th grade teams play on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All games are played at 3:00 after school and start in the boys gym.

Students at Diamond Fork say that their favorite things about intramurals are having fun with friends, learning to play new sports and having fun things to do after school. I like how there is no pressure in winning or losing it’s all just for fun, said an 8th grade student at Diamond Fork. Intramurals is a great way for students to have fun, stay active and try new things!
