Parents,
If you are interested in participating on the Diamond Fork Jr. High School Community Council this upcoming school year please fill out the attached application. Applications will also be available at our Open House on Monday the 21st of August from 3-5 PM.
The purposes for School Community Councils are:
• To build consistent and effective communication among parents, employees and administrators
• To allow parents an opportunity to be actively involved with the school in their children’s education
• To make good schools better
There are three possible openings on the council. Candidates must have applications in by 8 AM on Friday September 1st. An election will be held IF more parents apply than there are available openings. If needed the election will be held on Parent Teacher Conference night, Thursday Sept 21st.
