Dear Band Parents and Students,
Hello and welcome to those of you who are new to our program!
This summer we will again be part of a multi-school band camp involving American Leadership Academy, Diamond Fork, and Salem Jr. High Schools. All 7th, 8th & 9th grade students that want to be prepared for the coming school year are invited to attend. The camp will be held on weekdays from July 11th-23rd at Diamond Fork Jr. High. Please mark your calendars now and plan to participate in this camp.
Costs for the camp will be $60 for all students. Please pay at your Jr. High school office. For 9th graders involved in marching band, your 2 week camp is FREE.
Please see the outline of the camp schedule below to reference specifics and know when your student needs to be there.
July 11th
- 8-9:00am: Instrument Rental (All Grades,
Any student in need of an instrument)
- 9-10:30: 7th graders (beginners)
- 10:30am-12:30pm: 8th & 9th graders
July 12th-21st
- 9-10:30: 7th graders (beginners)
- 10:30am-12:30pm: 8th & 9th grader
Friday July 22nd
- 9:00-10:30am: 8th and 9th graders
- 10:30am-Noon 7th graders
- 11:30am: 7th grade performance
- Noon: BBQ and Games
Saturday July 23rd
- 8th & 9th Graders: Performance
