The Jazz Bear Visits DFJHS!
"The Strength of the Team is the Team" is our motto this year at Diamon Fork. We adopted the idea from the Utah Jazz as they shared it with fans across the state last spring during their playoff run. The Jazz organization was so thrilled that we follow the motto they sent the Jazz Bear to us for an awesome assembly. We had cheerleaders, our choir was fantastic, and the Jazz Bear handed out t-shirts and filled the air with silly string and confetti. It was a great day here at Diamond Fork! A big shout out to the tech crew for helping get the stage set up, thanks.
Kickball Game in the Gym
During the days of smoke filled air, our PE teachers got creative. Who knew that kickball could be played indoors?
Team Time 9th Grade Mentor Groups
Our goal for team time this year is making sure that every student at our school is known and feels part of the team. Our 9th grade students each mentor a small group of 7th and 8th graders every Friday during Team Time.
