Traditional End of Year Lagoon Day
Diamond Fork loaded up ten buses to go to Lagoon for the traditional end of yer Lagoon trip. Students earned the trip by having no grade deficiencies or attendance deficiencies. Teachers and student had a great time celebrating this school year!
Field Day Fitness
Students enjoyed field day stations of kickball, spike ball, handball, ping-pong, 9 Square in the Air, and more! After the stations, students watch the movie "Pele," the inspirational story of the most famous soccer player in the world.
9th Grade Awards
The 9th Grade Awards assembly was a huge success, thanks to all of those involved who worked so hard to make it a good experience for students and teachers. We wish all of our 9th graders success in the future!!
Last Days Fun
Just because the calendar says it's the last week of school doesn't mean we are not still working hard and having fun. Our teachers continue to create worth while activities for students.
Scholarship Awarded
DFJHS 8th grader Kimball received $100 scholarship towards his future education. Nice work Kimball!
Author Visits Diamond Fork
Author Nathan Jones spoke with Mrs. Anderson's Novels and Literaure classes yesterday. It was neat to have an author share his experiences with the students.
DFJHS Debate Team
Mr. Evans taught our first ever DFJHS Debate team this year and they are an outstanding group of students. Last week they had a competetion at Springville Jr high and did a wonderful job.
