Diamond Fork Junior High School was lucky enough to have BYU's Cougar Strong group visit our students and faculty today! Cosmo and the BYU Dunk Team demonstrated their high-flying dunks and tricks in one gym, while we had the great privelege to hear from several BYU athletes in the other. The athletes shared a powerful message of strength to our students. They spoke of the need to be strong in three areas of our lives: 1- Mentally 2- Physically 3- Socially
