Diamond Fork Junior High School is proud to be associated with Make-A-Wish! Each year we work to raise funds to help sponsor a Wish Kid, and this year is no exception! We will be raising funds from Monday, February 10th through Friday, February 21st. Students will have the ability to buy wristbands and treats during the weeks. Also, we will have Valentine Grams for sale (Including SINGING Valentines). Additionally, many teachers will be offering up their dignity and self-respect for our "Teacher Challenges" that are always a huge hit!
Our Wish Kid this year is Remington. He is our very own Mr. Olsen's grandson. This past fall doctors found a tumor in little Remy's brain. He has undergone surgery to remove the tumor and is now undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. He has a long road ahead, and we want to do whatever we can to support him in this fight!
Remy's wish is to go to the San Diego Zoo and Sea World with his family. We can do this! We can help make his wish come true! Do it for Remington!
