December 2023

Our DFMS 7th graders toured the Utah State Capitol and the Daughter of the Utah Pioneers Museum and had the opportunity to attend and witness the certifying of the election results from our Utah 2023 elections today with the Lt. Governor, State Treasure, State Auditor, and Attorney General. Lt. Governor Deidre Henderson and Utah State Senator Mike McKell met with our students before the certifying ceremony and answered questions. Our students' presence will be on the official historic record of the proceedings. 

The band students crushed it last night at their concert. We are so grateful we have so many talented students who will share their music talents with us.
