Make-A-Wish Ball Special Guests

Submitted by brenda.burr on

The Diamond Fork Make-A-Wish Ball was a huge success. Our wish child three-year-old Ryver was our special guest. As a surprise for Ryver, who came dressed as Elsa, we had Princess Anna there to greet her. Ryver's favorite princesses are Elsa and Anna from Frozen. Anna led Ryver and the students in a singing of "The First Time in Forever, " "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman," and "Let It Go." We raised almost $1,000 at the ball to help grant Ryver's wish.

Pajama Day for Make-A-Wish!

Submitted by mike.sorensen on

In line with our Make-A-Wish week we had a pajama day. Students who brought a dollar could wear their pajamas and bring a blanket, even teachers got in on the fun! We were able to raise over $500 just doing this activity, we should reach our goal and send our wish kid to Disneyworld!
